At Ventarys AI, we believe that privacy is not an optional feature, but a fundamental human right. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle (or rather, how we don't handle) your information when you use our web platform and mobile app.

We do not have a user database. We do not ask for your email. Your entire chat history is stored exclusively on your physical device. What you type here, belongs to you.

1. Personal Data Collection

Ventarys does not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Due to our local-first architecture, there is no registration process and no user profiles. We do not store names, emails, or phone numbers.

2. Storage and Processing of Conversations

Our platform works by inverting the traditional industry model:

  • Local Storage: Your chat history, settings, and preferences are strictly stored using your web browser's localStorage API or the mobile app's local storage. This means the data physically resides on your hardware.
  • Processing in Transit: To generate artificial intelligence responses, your prompts (texts) are sent through an encrypted channel (TLS 1.3) to Open Source inference providers (such as Pollinations.ai or similar endpoints) or directly to your configured BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) APIs.
  • Zero Retention: Ventarys does not store, record, or retain copies of the prompts sent or the responses received on any of its own servers.

3. Use of Cookies and Advertising

To maintain the Ventarys AI infrastructure for free, we use Google AdSense to display ads on parts of the web interface.

  • Functional Cookies: We use a minimal cookie (ventarys_consent) solely to remember if you have closed the information banner, improving your visual experience.
  • AdSense Cookies: Google AdSense uses cookies to show you ads based on your previous visits to our website or other sites on the Internet.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

4. Traffic Analysis (Analytics)

We may use completely anonymized traffic analysis tools (zero cross-site tracking cookies) solely to count the number of visitors and ensure network stability. These systems do not link visits to your local chat interactions.

5. Your Rights and Total Control

Since we do not store your data in the cloud, control lies entirely with you. You can instantly delete all your information, history, and preferences by doing the following:

  • Clearing your browser's cache and site data (localStorage) in your browser settings.
  • Uninstalling the mobile application (if using it) or clearing the app data from your operating system settings.

6. Policy Changes

Ventarys may update this policy to reflect technological or legal changes. We encourage you to periodically review this page. Since we are a registration-free service, we cannot notify you via email about these changes.
